Orders, Shipping, Returns and other Policies
Legendary Skindiving Equipment has a no problem return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are unhappy you may return any items purchased on our websites at any time within 30 working days after the day you received the goods.
We do however need you to notify us of your return in writing using our return request form below. When your refund is processed, the funds will be credited to the original payment method. Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging in a resalable condition.
There is only one exception to the return policy, this involves clearance products. Legendary Skinidiving Equipment does not offer returns on Clearance products.
Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If the product is returned due to incorrect supplied item or manufacturing defect we will pay the return postage.
If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

All of the products offered by Legendary Skindiving Equipment are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be sent back to the supplier. The time needed to be able to give a solution, is bound to the time every brand's technical service needs to administrate the claim. Legendary Skindiving Equipment promises to either repair replace or issue the corresponding refund in case the item suffers a manufacturing defect, depending on the final decision of the manufacturer.
Note: We are the manufacturers and importers of the TORELLI and CRESPO brands so warranty claims on these products are processed immediately.
If a manufacturing defect is recognized by the manufacturer, all the generated shipment costs, both for the return shipment as for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are on the expense of Legendary Skindiving Equipment. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of a product in case the returned item doesn't arrive in the conditions indicated in our returns policy.

What will happen next?
We will notify you via e-mail your Return Number and then we will carry out instructions to return your product. In case of refund, full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.
The amount due of the returned products will be refunded within 30 days of receipt. The shipping costs will be refunded depending on the guidelines set above.
$15 flat rate shipping Australia and New Zealand wide, no more to pay. Order anywhere in Australia or New Zealand as much as you need for just $15 per shipment.
Shipping is handled by Australia Post and FastWay Couriers.
We have no direct control over delivery times, however, Express shipping should arrive between 1-3 days within Metro and most Semi-Rural areas (exceptions for extremely Rural and Offshore locations). Standard shipping is between approximately 3-14 days.
Note to New Zealand Customers
New Zealand orders are sold free of Australian Goods & Services Tax.
The total of the sale will be the item +AU$15 however the invoice will show actual shipping.
For example a wetsuits actual shipping cost is approximately AU$70 so a wetsuit costing AU$300+AU$15=AU$315 will be invoiced as Wetsuit AU$240+AU$75 =AU$36
PayPal will convert AU$ to NZ$
New Zealand customers may be liable for New Zealand taxes or duties imposed at the receivers end. Legendary is not liable for these charges and it is up to the customer to liaise with Customs regarding their delivery if applicable.
